Kiwanis International is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. Through acts of service and youth sponsorship within the Austin community, the members of the University Area Club embody the principles of the worldwide organization.

The goal of this site is to educate and provide current information to Austin community residents. This includes: how Kiwanis serves the community; how to contact Kiwanis for information or assistance; how to join Kiwanis; information about the collegiate service-leadership programs at The University of Texas at Austin, St. Edward's University, or Southwestern University or high school Key Clubs within the community; information on volunteer activities; and the scholarships or availability of scholarships provided by Kiwanis organizations within the community.
